For many years, Absolute IT Solutions team members used a time tracking website or an offline workbook to capture their time. Both of these methods caused team members to interrupt their activities to record their time. Most would wait until the end of the day to record their time. This often led to missed time entries causing loss of revenue for Absolute IT Solutions. By 2008, most Absolute team members were using SmartPhones. Absolute IT Solutions approached Absolute Mobile Solutions to help solve their time tracking challenge.

 In 2007, La Mosca, a leading publisher of city games (location-based games) contracted Absolute Mobile Solutions to develop their flagship game, City Team Conquest. The game was originally developed for the Windows Mobile platform and later a Nokia version was added.

You will get to know a city in a completely new way with CityTracks. Every team is given a smart phone and a GPS receiver. The phone will display a map of the city on which your following destination will be indicated at every turn.
You will be asked a question or you will be given a fun task to perform at each location. If you answer correctly or if the task is completed successfully, your score will increase and you will see a new destination.
